Dumbing of Age

Ethan would be a girl’s best possible boyfriend — tall, handsome, dashing, protective, understanding, and self-sacrificing — if only he weren’t into dudes. He and his best friend/girlfriend Amber found out together after high school prom, and the aftermath of his coming out was so terrible that he swiftly went right back in once college started. But he’s out again now, and has embraced who he is as strongly as he’d like to embrace bat-themed vigilantes and transforming velociraptors.

Ethan is Jacob’s roommate. He’s taken note of Danny, but Danny is too pure, too good for this world.
