Hey, while on my boat, I was on Paul and Storm’s podcast along with my fellow webcartoonists and Paul F. Tompkins. They’ve put that podcast up on the Internet now for you to enjoy! So enjoy it.
Or else.
Also I guess I’m in Joel’s comic again.

“I GIVE IT BACK TO YOU”
If she doesn’t do actually do this, I’ll… I’ll…
FLAIL USELESSLY
You know what you could do that would be even more useless? You could SPLASH.
You know, because FLAIL is a Pokemon move often used by fish Pokemon as well, and SPLASH is actually useless…
It sounded funnier and less requiring-an-explanation in my head.
It looks like your joke MISSED and fell flat.
Maybe you used HARDEN? The joke was rather rigid, after all.
I’m a terrible person.
What a swift move you made there. I for one am glad you two are double teaming the Pokémon move jokes.
Here, maybe this will help.
Don’t worry, I understand you were talking about the Pokemon move as soon as I read the word “splash”.

CommentSpawn used DoubleSlap! It’s super-effective!
Good excuse.
So she keeps Monkey master because…
Well you see what it did when she mocked it. Imagine what it would do if she just flat out rejected it.
I am imagining Chucky meets Pazuzu.
Monkey MAster X Roadblock poster OTP
yes. by the golden apple of eris, YES.
As soon as all the slash entries are in, I’ll draw all the pairings that didn’t make the cut XD
[maybe]
Yeah I am going to guess Walky probably be more turned on then creeped out
Oh stalking is the beginning of all great relationships!
it worked for george and lorraine mcfly!
But he gave it to her face, so of cause he knows she has it.
For some reason that last sentence sounded really dirty.
Me, say something DIRTY? Perish the thought!
He knows he threw it at her, not that she’s the one who picked it up. For all he knows it’s brightening up some janitor’s apartment.
Those three beat panels were crucial to the joke.
To make a good joke timing is critical.
To make a good joke, timing……………………………….
is….
critical
.
Yes, Shatner.
Come, now, Dorothy! If you’re going to be Vice President of the US of A, you have to be more decisive, like your hero, Dick Cheney!
So she should keep Monkey Master in the dark places… in the shadows…
And shoot it? IN THE FACE!
So, she should take Monkey Master on a hunting trip?
Embrace the creepy Dora, embrace it! Now, sniff its hair a little.
Wrong comic. This one’s name is Dorothy. Dora is taller, skinnier, and lives in Questionable Content
I’ve been calling Dorothy Dora for short, and no one’s called me on it since 2010.
Well, I suppose PlasmaMongoose calls her Dotty, I can let you have Dora.
Yes, I have that authority. I won it in a box of crackerjacks.
Dotty is traditionally a nickname for Dorothy, though.
Becky and my name share the same relationship, doesn’t mean anyone gets to call me Becky though.
Yes, but considering the nicknames commenters use for other characters, “Dotty” is pretty tame. (cf. Jugs, Tubs, et al.)
Would you prefer Doro?
Oh goodness. I’ve had those very thoughts before. “Crap, they don’t know I know that. I can’t mention it now without seeming creepy.”
I always figured that if you had to work to not be creepy, then you’re creepy.
Ah, but the trick is keeping everyone else from knowing that you’re creepy!
Everybody has things that, if other people knew, would make them seem creepy. Or does me thinking that make me creepy? Dammit.
Good, Dorothy. Listen to my evil advice and your journey to the Dark Side will be complete.
Also, while you are there, suddenly decide to make out with Walky.
Oh Dorothy… considering how creepy Walky was behaving before, I doubt this would register really.
Not to mention Walky’s unflappable innocence. He would just think, “oh cool, got my toy back. Where’d I put my nachitos?”
I dunno, Walky’s smarter and more observant than he pretends to be (that is his whole thing after all). Though it being Dorothy would probably throw him off.
He’d be jumping of joy to know she kept his toy.
but if she returned it, would he think she doesn’t like him?
Here is an easy way, eat cadbury egg cereal.
Horrible idea!
not sure that’d work as well for dorothy as it does for Robin…
Nonsense, that’s how Cadbury eggs work for everyone. If your experience tells you different, you just haven’t eaten enough of them.
WARNING: You may need several weeks of practice stretching your stomach out to be able to accomodate the volume required for the proper Cadbury Egg Effect. Results may vary. Please consult your doctor before trying Cadbury.
Dorothy doesn’t know how to do college, yet, clearly…
How could this be creepy? He literally throw it to her head. He most know she has it.
Hmm, you seem to be replacing your vowels with “u”s. I like it.
but she didn’t take it when he threw it at her. she grabbed it much later when the classroom was empty.
NO, DOROTHY~! ADMIT YOUR TOY LOVE TO WALKY!!!! 😀 😀 😀
Just discovered your comic yesterday, spent hours reading it all (super nerd moment) I have to say very good thus far 🙂
Why? It’s not like Walky bothered to avoid looking creepy.
