Holy crap! Check out this art of Joyce, Amber, and Billie by Stephanie Taylor Mided! And then go check out more of her stuff at Octoroxxx Art Blog, from which I stole this piece.
I was pretty sure these characters were dressed as Powerpuff Girls and even thought that Billie should have been Buttercup instead of Amber, but then I realised that there was no Powerpuff Girl in yellow and that Bubbles is missing 🙁
Something about it still bugs me, and also that you answered as a question makes me think you are not 100% sure either. Maybe someone can clarify to make sure im not just going nuts.
I answered without absolute certainty because a combination of heavily-stylized art and not enough of the right foot showing makes it impossible to diagnose without being the artist herself.
But mostly I think that this isn’t a place for us to have an extended conversation about what “bugs you” about the art. I put up these pieces because I am grateful and happy that they exist, and I want to show my appreciation for the artists. It’s one thing to go after me — it’s my site! — but another to go after my guests. Posts like these make me reconsider allowing comments on fan art.
Guh. That is adorable.
I KNO RITE?????
Joyce’s hair is so fluffy! It’s so fluffy I’m gonna die.
The first thing I thought when I saw this was “Once again the day is said thanks to the Powerpuff Girls”.

I was thinking the same thing, ha!
So not alone.
Incredibly cute!! Love it.
Crap, I just noticed that Joyce has two left feet. :/
I don’t think so? That’s what a right foot would look like from that angle.
